CHAP. 245.— An Act granting a pension to Thomas T. Prather.March 3, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas T. Prather.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas T. Prather, late private in company F, Second Regiment Kansas Volunteer Militia and pay him a pension proportionate to the degree of his disability from gunshot wound of right arm and shoulder. Approved, March 3, 1893.
