CHAP. 243.— An Act for the relief of Richard M. Edwards, of Cleveland, Tennessee.July 23, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Richard M. Edwards.Pay. etc., to. That, the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Richard M. Edwards, late captain and commissary of subsistence, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the pay and allowance of a captain of cavalry from the thirtieth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, to November second, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, July 23, 1892.
