CHAP. 241.— An Act to pension Martin McDermott.March 3, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martin McDermott.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, directed to place upon the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martin McDermott, who is the dependant and totally blind son of Michael McDermott, deceased, late private of Company I, one hundred and sixtieth New York Infantry. Approved, March 3, 1893.
