CHAP. 235.— An Act for the relief of Daniel Eldridge, Company D, Fifteenth Illinois Volunteers.March 3, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Daniel Eldridge.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the charge of desertion to be removed from the records of Daniel Eldridge, late a private in Company D, Fifteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, and cause to be issued to said Daniel Eldridge an honorable discharge. Approved, March 3, 1893.
