CHAP. 235.— An act to provide for a May term of the district court of the United States for the eastern district of South Carolina.July 23, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,South Carolina eastern judicial district. That there shall be a term of the district court of the United States for the eastern district of South Carolina, to be holden on the first. Monday in May in each year, in theTerm at Charleston. city of Charleston, which term shall be in lien of the term now ProvidedVol. 26, p. 71. by law for the first Monday in April in each year. Approved, July 23, 1892.
