CHAP. 23.— An Act to provide for the establishment of a port of delivery at Council Bluffs, Iowa.March 26, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Council Bluffs, Iowa. Made port of delivery, New Orleans district. *Post*, p. 472. That Council Bluffs, in the State of Iowa, be, and hereby is, established as a port of delivery, in the customs collection district of New Orleans, and that a surveyor of customs, shall be appointed for said port. Approved, March 26, 1892.
