CHAP. 225.— An Act for the relief of John McMahan.July 21, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John McMahan.Granted honorable discharge. That the President is hereby authorized and directed to revoke so much of General Orders, headquarters Department of West Virginia, of April twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, as relates to and directs the dismissal from the Army of Major John McMahan, of the Second Regiment West Virginia Cavalry, and to grant him an honorable discharge as of that date; and that the military record of said John McMahan be amended accordingly. Approved, July 21, 1892.
