CHAP. 221.— An Act for the correction of the military record of Wilhelm Spiegelburg.July 21, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wilhelm Spiegelburg.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to revoke the order of discharge in special orders, Department of Virginia and North Carolina, dated October twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, of Wilhelm Spiegelburg, and to discharge him, to date May first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, July 21, 1892.
