CHAP. 189.— An Act granting an increase of pension to William A. Birch.July 14, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William A. Birch.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to William A. Birch, of Louisville, Kentucky, a monthly pension of twenty dollars, in lieu of the amount paid him as a survivor of the Mexican war under pension certificate numbered eighteen thousand and eighty-nine, said payment to be made subject to the rules and regulations of the pension laws, Approved, July 14, 1892.
