CHAP. 188.— An Act granting a pension to Herman Heinze.July 14, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Herman Heinze.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at a rate proportionate to the degree of his disability from gun-shot wound of left shoulder, the name of Herman Heinze, late a private in Captain William Dellaughter’s Company of Le Sueur Tigers, numbered one, of Minnesota Militia Volunteers. Approved, July 14, 1892.
