CHAP. 181.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion from the record of Charles G. Pyer.February 28, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles G. Pyer.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the record of Charles G. Pyer, as a member of Company D, Seventh Regiment of New Hampshire Infantry Volunteers, now deceased: *Provided, however*, That no pay or allowances shall become due*Proviso*.No pay, etc by reason of the passage of this act.
