CHAP. 180.— An Act for the relief of Nemiah Garrison, assignee of Moses Perkins.February 28, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nemiah Garrison.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Nemiah Garrison, a citizen of the State of Georgia, the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in accordance with the judgment of the Court of Claims in the case of Nemiah Garrison, assignee of Moses Perkins, versus The United States.
