CHAP. 176.— An Act for the relief of David L. Truex.July 14, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David L. Truex.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to David L. Truex, dependent son of John Truex, late a private in Company D, Eighty-second Indiana Volunteers, the pension of eighteen dollars per month heretofore made payable to his guardian, said payments to include all sums accrued and accruing by reason of the act of AugustVol. 26, p. 1241. nineteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety, for his relief.
