CHAP. 175.— An Act for the relief of Kate P. Mitchell, daughter of Stephen Mitchell, late of the Fifth Maine Battery.July 14, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Kate P. Mitchell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Kate P. Mitchell, of Somerville, Massachusetts, dependent daughter of Stephen Mitchell, late of the Fifth Maine Battery, a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, July 14, 1892.
