CHAP. 156.— An Act to amend “An act making appropriations for the construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes,” approved July thirteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two.February 24, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Conneaut Harbor, Ohio. That “An act making appropriations for the construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes,” approved July Change in improvement.*Ante*, p. 93.thirteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, be amended in so far as the same provides for the improvement of Conneaut Harbor, Ohio, by striking out “for relocation of channel and construction of new piers” (scheme B, Engineer’s report), and inserting “to widen and deepen the existing old channel” (scheme A, Engineer’s report).
