CHAP. 154.— An Act to allow thirty days’ leave of absence to employees in the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.July 6, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Engraving and Printing Bureau. Thirty days’ leave to employees. That the employees of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, including the pieceworkers, shall be allowed leave of absence with pay, not exceeding thirty days in any one year, under such regulations and at such time or times as the ChiefVol. 24, p. 607. of the Bureau, with the approval of the Secretary of the Treasury, may prescribe and designate: *Provided*, That the length of the leave of*Proviso*. absence of any employee of said Bureau doing piecework, and the payDetermining pay, etc. during such leave of absence, shall be determined by the average amount of work done by such person and the pay therefor during the several months of the year.
