CHAP. 152.— An Act confirming title to lands in the subdivision of square two hundred and six in the City of Washington District of Columbia.July 6, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,District of Columbia. Subdivision of square 206 confirmed. That the subdivision of square two hundred and six in the City of Washington, District of Columbia, made by C. P. Patterson and recorded in book R. W. page one hundred and two, in the office of the surveyor of the said District, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed so far as the said subdivision embraced any part of the original alleys in said square, and the title of the persons claiming any part or parts of said original alleys under the owner of the original lots in said square at the time said subdivision was made, *Proviso*.is hereby confirmed: *Provided*, That the area dedicated to the public in New alleys.the subdivision made by said Patterson is at least as great as that of the alleys in the said original division of said square into lots.
