Iowa.”February 21, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Council Bluffs, Iowa.Immediate transportation privileges extended to.Vol. 21, p. 174.*Ante*, p. 12. That the privileges of section seven of the act of June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled “An act to amend the statutes in relation to immediate transportation of dutiable goods, and for other purposes,” be, and are hereby, extended to the said port of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Approved, February 21, 1893.
