CHAP. 142.— An Act for the relief of Mrs. Fannie N. Belger.February 18, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fannie N. Belger.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Mrs. Fannie N. Belger. wife of Major James Belger, United States Army, deceased, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sum of money equal in amount to the difference between the pay of a major on the retired list of the Army and that of a lieutenant-colonel on said list, from the date of the restoration and retirement of said James Belger to the date of his death, so that said sum shall not exceed four thousand six hundred and eighty-seven dollars and forty-six cents.
