CHAP. 129.— An Act for the relief of Harriett E. Niles.February 15, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harriett E. Niles.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Harriett E. Niles, and to pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month, as the foster mother of Franklin James, alias Niles, late private Company E, One hundred and eleventh New York Volunteers. Approved, February 15, 1893.
