CHAP. 123.— An Act to increase the pension of Edward R. Chapman.February 15, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edward K. Chapman.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Edward R. Chapman, late a member of Company A. Second Regiment Illinois Volunteers, in the war with Mexico, from eight dollars to sixteen dollars per month. Approved, February 15, 1893.
