CHAP. 113.— An Act for the removal of the charge of desertion against William H. Holloway.February 14, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William H. Holloway.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion standing against William H. Holloway, late of Company H, First Alabama Volunteers, in the war with Mexico and issue to him an honorable discharge. Approved, February 14, 1893.
