CHAP. 111.— An Act for the relief of Charles S. Blood.February 14, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles S. Blood.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to set aside the findings of the court martial in the case of Charles S. Blood, late second lieutenant of Company A. Forty-seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and to grant him an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That said Charles*Proviso*.No pay, etc.
S. Blood shall be entitled to no pay or allowance by virtue of this act from the date of his dismissal to the date of final muster out of his regiment. Approved, February 14, 1893.
