CHAP. 102.— An Act for the relief of Andrew B. Knapp.February 11, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. B. Knapp.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to revoke and set aside so much of Special Orders, numbered One hundred and thirty-nine, War Department, Adjutant General’s Office, Washington, March twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, as dismisses Lieutenant A.
B. Knapp, One Hundred and second New York Volunteers, for attempting to use an altered pass, dated March first, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and to correct his military record accordingly, and to issue to him a certificate of discharge as of date of April fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four.
