CHAP. 101.— An Act for the relief of Lieutenant F. W. Davis, and granting him an honorable discharge.February 11, 1893. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,F. W. Davis.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to revoke and set aside the order heretofore made dishonorably dismissing from the military service of the United States Lieutenant F. W. Davis, late of Company E.
Fifty-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and to grant to said Lieutenant F. W. Davis an honorable discharge, to date and take effect from June fourteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, and to correct the records of his Department to show the removal of the said order of dismissal; and the said Lieutenant F. W. Davis is restored to all rights and privileges *Proviso*.No pay, etc.lost or suspended by such order: *Provided*, That the said F. W, Davis shall not be entitled to any pay or allowance on account of the passage of this act.
