CHAP. 101.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs Eliza Fays.June 7, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza Fays.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll of the United States the name of Mrs. Eliza Fays, mother of Frank Fays, late a private in company A. Seventeenth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 7, 1892.
