CHAP. 1.— An Act fixing the times for holding the district and circuit courts of the United States in the northern district of Iowa.January 22, 1892. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That hereafter terms of theIowa, northern judicial district. R. S., sec. 572, p. 99; sec. 658, p. 120. district and circuit courts of the United States shall be held in the several divisions of the northern district of Iowa at the times herein stated:
In the eastern division at Dubuque on the third Tuesday in AprilTerms. and first Tuesday in December. In the central division at Fort Dodge on first Tuesday in June and second Tuesday in November. In the western division at Sioux City on the third Tuesday in May and first Tuesday in October. In the Cedar Rapids division at Cedar Rapids on the first Tuesday in April and second Tuesday in September. Section 2. That no action, suit, proceeding, information, indictment,Pending actions, etc. recognizance, bail bond, or other process in either of said courts shall abate or be rendered invalid by reason of the change of time in the holding of the terms of said courts, but the same shall be deemed to be returnable to, pending, and triable at the terms herein provided for.
