CHAP. 996.— An Act for the relief of Margaret F. Smith.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret F. Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place 1269 on the pension-roll, at the rate of fifty dollars per month, the name of Margaret F. Smith, widow of the late Commodore William Smith, United States Navy, and pay her pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, September 26, 1890.
