CHAP. 994.— An Act for the relief of James B. Guthrie.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James B. Guthrie.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to James B. Guthrie, late Postmaster at Paris. Henry County. Tennessee, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred dollars, being the amount paid by him to the Government on account of the loss of a package containing that amount, taken from his office when the same was broken open and robbed in eighteen hundred and seventy-five.
