CHAP. 993.— An Act for the relief of Thomas J. Parker.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas J. Parker.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas J Parker, of Washington, District of Columbia, the sum of forty dollars and eighty-nine cents, being the sum paid by him to the tax collector of the District of Columbia in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, on account of taxes erroneously assessed November eleventh, eighteen hundred and seventy, for sewer, against part of lot three, square fifty-six, in the city of Washington, District of Columbia.
