CHAP. 992.— An Act for the removal of the charge of desertion from the record of Daniel J. Mahoney.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House, of Representatives of the, United. States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel J. Mahoney, Charge of desertion removed.Honorable discharge. That the charge of desertion standing against the name of Daniel J. Mahoney, late a sailor in the United States Navy, be, and the same is hereby, removed; and the Secretary of the Navy is hereby authorized and directed to issue to him, the said Daniel J. Mahoney, an honorable discharge. Approved, September 26, 1890.
