CHAP. 991.— An Act for increase of pension to Mrs. Sarah R. Bleecker.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah R. Bleecker.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Sarah R. Bleecker, widow of John V. B. Bleecker, deceased, late a paymaster in the United States Navy, at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the amount now received by law.
