CHAP. 99.— An Act to remove political disabilities of D. C. Stith, a citizen of Texas.April 18, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,D. C. Stith.Political disabilities removed. That- all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States by participation in the late rebellion be, and the same are hereby, removed from D. C. Stith, a citizen of the State of Texas. Approved, April 18, 1890.
