CHAP. 989.— An Act to increase the pension of James Coey.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Coey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to increase the pension of James Coey, late Major of the One hundred and forty-seventh Regiment of New York Volunteers, and pay him at the rate of sixty dollars per month in lieu of the pension now paid him. Approved, September 26, 1890.
