CHAP. 983.— An Act granting a pension to George Blum.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George Blum.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the emissions laws, the name of George Blum, late of Company E, Second United States Dragoons. Approved, September 26, 1890.
