CHAP. 980.— An Act granting a pension to Samuel Miller.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel Miller.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel Miller, late a private in Company C, Eleventh Regiment Pennsylvania Reserves, and pay him a pension of eight dollars per month. Approved, September 26, 1890.
