CHAP. 978.— An Act granting a pension to Polly McArthur.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Polly McArthur.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Polly McArthur, matron in the hospital of the Third Battery, Fifth New York Heavy Artillery, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, September 26, 1890.
