CHAP. 977.— An Act granting a pension to Jonathan D. Hale.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jonathan D. Hale.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Jonathan D. Hale, at the rate of thirty dollars a month. Approved, September 26, 1890.
