CHAP. 973.— An Act granting a pension to Ruth W. Keene Hodgman.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ruth W. Keene Hodgman.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ruth W. Keene Hodgman. late volunteer army nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, September 26, 1890.
