CHAP. 971.— An Act granting a pension to Amanda Watson Bowler.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Amanda Watson Bowler.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mrs. Amanda Watson Bowler (formerly Amanda Watson), an army nurse to Union soldiers who were held as prisoners at Memphis, Tennessee, at the rate of twelve dollars a month. Approved, September 26, 1890.
