CHAP. 97.— An Act granting a pension to Catherine Morris.April 17, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catherine Morris.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catherine Morris, mother of James A. Richards, late private of Company B, Eighteenth Regiment Indiana Infantry. Approved, April 17, 1890.
