CHAP. 966.— An Act granting a pension to Sallie E. Rickards.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sallie E. Rickards.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, directed and authorized to place upon the pension-rolls, subject to the restrictions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sallie E. Rickards, widow of Joseph H. Rickards, late Captain Company D, Twelfth Missouri Volunteer Cavalry. Approved, September 26, 1890.
