CHAP. 965.— An Act granting a pension to Wells C. Harrell.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wells C. Harrell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Wells. C. Harrell, late a first sergeant in Company D. First Regiment Mississippi Volunteers, in the Mexican war, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension of eight dollars per month he is now receiving.
