CHAP. 962.— An Act granting a pension to Adelaide E. Spurgeon, army nurse.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Adelaide E. Spurgeon.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Adelaide E. Spurgeon, a volunteer nurse during the war of the rebellion in Kalorama (small-pox) Hospital, District of Columbia, and elsewhere, and pay her a pension during life of twelve dollars per month. Approved, September 26, 1890.
