CHAP. 960.— An Act granting a pension to Levi B. Smith.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Levi B. Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Levi B Smith, late of Company B. One hundred and twenty-second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry. Approved, September 26, 1890.
