CHAP. 96.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Sarah V. Azpell.January 24, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah V. Azpell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah V. Azpell, widow of Doctor Thomas F. Azpell, late assistant surgeon United States Army, and to pay her at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of that which she is now receiving. Approved, January 24, 1891.
