CHAP. 958.— An Act granting a pension to Clara Fowler.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Clara Fowler.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior' be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place 1261 on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Clara Fowler, daughter of Francis A. Fowler, deceased, late a private of Company A, Seventh Wisconsin Volunteers, at the rate or eighteen dollars per month. Approved, September 26, 1890.
