CHAP. 953.— An Act granting a pension to Henry A. Barnum.September 26, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry A. Barnum.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Henry A. Barnum, late brigadier-general and brevet major-general of volunteers, and pay him a pension of one hundred dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, September 26, 1890.
