CHAP. 935.— An Act to restore the pension of Jane M. McCrabb.September 25, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jane M. McCrabb.Pension restored.Vol. 21, p. 170. That the act entitled “An act to restore pensions in certain cases,” approved June ninth, eighteen hundred and eighty, shall be construed so as to include within its provisions Jane M. McCrabb, widow of Captain John. W. McCrabb, deceased, late a captain in the United States Army. Approved, September 25, 1890.
