CHAP. 931.— An Act for the relief of the heirs of Lewis Steelman.September 25, 1890. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lewis Steelman.Heirs of, may withdraw certain papers from State department. That the Secretary of the State be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to withdraw from the files of the Department of State, and deliver the same to the heirs of Lewis Steelman, or their legal representative, the papers and evidence presented to the late American and Mexican Claims Commission, organized pursuant to the convention of July fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, between the United States and Mexico, in his claim against Mexico for fifty-four thousand and five hundred dollars, for the seizure of wrecking apparatus by the Captain of the port of Salina Cruz, September nineteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-nine, which case is known as five hundred and sixty-three on the docket of said commission: *Provided*, *Proviso*.Copies.That copies of said papers be retained in the Department of State.
